SMALL SARDINES PROPERTIES
Canned sardines have a high calcium content because their bones are tender enough to be eaten (30% of the recommended daily amount). This element is necessary for maintaining bones under normal conditions and also contributes to the normal functioning of neurotransmission, digestive enzymes, and the process of cell division and differentiation.
