It has a large head and an oval body with rough skin, and its eight elongated arms that have suction cups to attach to different surfaces stand out above all. The octopus usually feeds on fish and mollusks thanks to its strong jaws, and it has a reservoir of ink that it can use when it feels threatened by its predators.

It is caught in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.
