Tomatoes stuffed with white tuna
- 1 large or 2 small cans of white tuna
- 1 egg
- capers
- pepper
- olives and mayonnaise

Make the stuffing with the white tuna in flakes, diced hard-boiled egg, capers and a dash of pepper.
Scoop out the top part of the tomatoes, fill with paste and cover with mayonnaise.
Decorate with an olive in the centre.
