Cuttle Fish with Almond sauce
- 2 cans of cuttle fish in oil
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- parsley
- almonds
- breadcrumbs

Fry the chopped onion and clove of garlic. When browned, add the tomatoes cut into pieces, aromatic herbs, almonds, salt and pepper. Sieve the sauce, add red wine and pour onto the squid in an earthenware bowl.
